Performance Management

Performance management is an essential part of enabling employees to be successful in their roles while also contributing to the university’s mission and objectives. Performance management is a collaborative, continuous process between the manager and employee.

This site is designed to provide employees and managers with information, tools and resources to help them understand and implement UTHealth Houston Performance Management processes.

Performance Management Cycle Circle made up of text, Plan, Act, Monitor, Evaluate and Recognize to include center text of Performance, Mission and Standards.

UTHealth Houston uses an online performance management system called Perform2Achieve (P2A).
