Reporting a Research Security Concern

1. Make a report through the normal administrative channels (i.e., reporting to the appropriate supervisor).
2. Make a report to Research Security Officer, Kevin Morano, PhD, Senior Vice President for Faculty and Academic Affairs at (713) 500-5890 or [email protected]
3. Make a report through the Compliance Hotline: For English speaking(833-222-0056) or Spanish speaking (800-216-1288) or https://go.uth.edu/compliance-hotline.
4. Make a report to the Chief Compliance Officer or other staff member of the Office of Institutional Compliance, either by letter, by telephone, by email, or by meeting.
5. Make a report through the designated UTHealth Compliance email address: [email protected].
