To log in to your The Work Number account online, you will need the following information:

• SSN
• Company name: University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston
• Employer Code: 13948
• Work Number

First-time user • Create an account

Go to the following web address and do the following.

1. Enter Employer code: 13948
2. Select the checkbox for the “I’m not a robot” verification.
3. On the table that appears, click the “University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston” name.
4. Click the “Select Employer” button.
5. Click “Forgot User ID?”
6. Click “Continue” button and follow the instructions provided in the following screens to create your account.

Returning users

Go to the following web address.

1. Enter Employer code: 13948
2. Select the checkbox for the “I’m not a robot” verification.
3. Click the “Select Employer” button.
4. Enter the User ID and click “Continue”.
5. Enter the Password and click “Log in”.
