UTHealth Harris County Psychiatric Center
The UTHealth Houston Harris County Psychiatric Center (HCPC) is the largest provider of inpatient psychiatric care in Houston and is staffed by the behavioral health care teams at UTHealth Houston since 1986. HCPC provides short-term, acute care, or treatment for brief but severe episodes of behavioral health illnesses and serves as a teaching hospital for the Louis A. Faillace, MD, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.

McGovern Medical School
With nearly 1,000 medical students and a similar number of residents and fellows, McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston is the ninth-largest and most diverse medical school in the country. The Dunn Behavioral Sciences Center is a teaching hospital for the Louis A. Faillace, MD, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at McGovern Medical School, and the hospital's physicians and psychiatrists are faculty members at the school.
