Small RNA seq (sRNA-seq) service
Small RNA refers to a class of noncoding RNA molecules such as microRNA. They play important roles in the process of post transcription and gene silencing. NGS can be applied to profile small RNA in the samples. With sequencing information of cDNA synthesized from small RNA, you may examine the differential expression small RNA molecules in your samples.
Sample guideline
Service | Sample type | Minimum amount | Minimum concentration | Quality |
---|---|---|---|---|
sRNA-seq | Total RNA | 1 µg | 100 ng/µL | RIN>7.0 |
*Please use Qubit to measure DNA/RNA concentration.
*Please provide Bioanalyzer results for your sample if it is available.
