“My time at UTHealth Houston taught me how to break down complex systems into both their social and technical components. The training emphasized that solving problems doesn't always require ingenious solutions, but rather the ability to address ambiguities and clearly define the issues. This knowledge allows me to partner with clinics, hospitals, and non-profits. The skills I developed in communication and facilitation have been crucial in my career, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.”
