Kevin led the university's largest fundraising effort, the Many Faces. One Mission. campaign, which surpassed its $500 million goal, securing funding to address critical health. Under his leadership, UTHealth Houston has received a number of transformational gifts, including $75 million from the John P. McGovern Foundation, $25 million from Jane and Robert Cizik, $25 million from the John S. Dunn Foundation, and $22 million from D. Bradley McWilliams. He has played an integral role in elevating the university's brand through strategic marketing initiatives, including the Many Faces of UTHealth Houston campaign.

Before UTHealth Houston, Kevin served in multiple roles at Rice University, culminating in serving as the associate vice president for development and directing a $1 billion campaign. He also fundraised for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and their $351 million campaign.

Kevin is the immediate past board chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Global, the largest organization of charitable fundraisers in the world.
