The purpose of this web page is to provide links to all the applicable policies and procedures on protection from retaliation at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), as well as general information on reporting suspected retaliation.

How To Report Suspected Retaliation

A complaint alleging retaliation must be submitted in writing to the Office Institutional Compliance.  There are several reporting options for a person to report suspected retaliation as indicated here.

If a person believes that the alleged retaliation is significant or widespread or applies to The University of Texas System as a whole, or if a person is uncomfortable reporting the matter to UTHSC-H as a whole, a person may submit a report to the:
