ERM Framework

UTHealth Houston ERM framework consists of key components including assessment, control, communication, and monitoring.  It is the mission of ERM to provide risk management services to leadership to support the University in achieving its strategic goals and objectives.

ERM Process

ERM provides a continuous business cycle that revolves around a risk-aware culture and a sound risk management governance, which can be performed consecutively or simultaneously, or as the need arises.  It includes ongoing activities, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.
