Dr. Dung-Fang Lee and Dr. Ruiying ZhaoResearch Description
Dr. Trinh T. T. Phan's research has focused on utilizing patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to explore the novel gain-of-function effects of mutant p53s across diverse cancer types. Her work also involves the development of therapeutic approaches to prevent tumor formation in individuals with germline p53 mutations and to treat cancer patients carrying p53 gain-of-function mutations.
