Women in Leadership Seminar Series discusses managing burnout Oct. 26
The UTHealth Houston community is invited to attend the fall 2022 event in the Women in Leadership seminar series from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, via Zoom.
Janice Litvin will speak present “Banish Burnout: Move from Stress to Success for Women in Leadership.” Register for to attend the virtual seminar online.
Litvin is the author of “Banish Burnout Toolkit,” and an award-winning speaker, and official Society for Human Resource Management Recertification Provider. She is on a mission to help leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations. She offers expertise to help people take care of their physical and mental health, including teaching them to manage stress to prevent burnout, to eat healthfully, and to fall in with fitness.
Litvin has served on the Workplace Wellness Committee of the American Heart Association and spoken on their behalf to San Francisco Bay Area organizations. In 2017 she formed the Bay Area Wellness Association.
The Women in Leadership Series, now in its seventh year, is sponsored by university administration through Human Resources Organizational and Talent Development in collaboration with the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development.
The series creates an environment for employees to learn about the experiences, challenges, and achievements of women in leadership. Open to all UTHealth Houston faculty, staff and students of any gender, participants gain leadership insights and techniques while also connecting with colleagues from across the institution.
