Please join us for September’s networking session on the Role of Mapping and Advocacy with Ryan Ramphul, PhD, MS.
Dr. Ramphul works both as a Center for Health Equity faculty member and as an assistant professor in the Department of Epidemiology with UTHealth Houston School of Public Health. As a spatial epidemiologist, he brings extensive experience in geospatial mapping, GIS (geographic information systems) analysis, and urban planning. His research interests align with investigating the relationships between social factors and health outcomes cancer, diabetes, and food insecurity in Greater Houston.
